Our shipping rates are as follows
Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after receiving them. Normally we do not backorder items. If an item is currently unavailable, this will usually be indicated when the item is placed in your shopping cart. Occasionally an item has just become unavailable. In that case we will notify you when we receive your order, and refund your payment. Orders are normally U.S. Postal Service Gound Mail, or occasionally UPS Ground. Orders sent to Metuchen or Edison NJ are usually hand-delivered. Your order should arrive within 7-9 business days for PayPal or money order payments. Orders paid by check will be shipped when the check has cleared. If you have any questions email us at: info@from-africa.biz If you request a return, we will be glad to send a replacement or refund (minus shipping). You must e-mail returns@from-africa.biz or phone us (732) 548 -5775 before returning any items. Be sure to let us know what item you will be returning. We will respond with complete return instructions. Items being returned must be in their original container with all of the original packing contents. Postage must be prepaid. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns. |
